- Inclusive Collaboration: Bring together all stakeholders in mental health and disability sectors in Sierra Leone, including mental health care providers, training institutions, service users, and representatives of vulnerable populations.
- Public Health Advocacy: Establish and engage in public health programs to advocate for, promote, and raise awareness of mental health and disability issues through various communication mediums.
- Strengthening Healthcare Service: Enhance the operation of healthcare services for individuals with mental health needs and disabilities, ensuring access and quality care.
- Awareness Raising: Raise awareness of mental health and disability issues to influence policy and improve service provision for all affected individuals.
- Advocacy for Mental Health Needs: Advocate for individuals with mental health and psychosocial disabilities, ensuring their rights and needs are recognized and addressed.
- Youth Education: Educate children and youth on the dangers of drug and substance abuse, emphasizing the importance of mental well-being.
- Family and Community Engagement: Work collaboratively with service users and their families to foster support networks and community understanding.
- Professional Training: Advocate for, train, and equip healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostics and quality services for both mental health and disability needs.
- Community Development Programs: Promote the establishment of self-supporting training and development programs in both rural and urban areas to empower communities in delivering healthcare services, particularly for those with mental health and disability needs.
